Shared shuttle

A flat, batched fare — your pup carpools with a few trail buddies. Round trip is a bundled $33.00 (not double the one-way).

Meet & Greet
Every new pup starts with an in-person visit, first
Do I need a Meet & Greet first?
Yes — every new pup starts with a Meet & Greet, a 30-minute visit where our crew gets to know your dog, confirms they're a good fit for the pack, and verifies their size in person. That in-person check is also what unlocks accurate size-based pricing (see the next question).
How does size-based pricing work?
Grooming and boarding are priced by dog size — Small, Medium, Large, or Giant. Staff verify your dog's size in person at the Meet & Greet, and every booking after that is charged the tier for your dog's verified size — never a guess, and never whatever size is entered on your dog's profile. Until a dog is verified, those services are charged the flat rate shown at booking.
How do booking and payment work?
Send a booking request from any service page and a wrangler confirms it — usually within 1 business day. Nothing is charged when you send a request. Once your visit is confirmed, day camp, grooming, and Meet & Greets are paid in full; boarding confirmed more than 14 days before check-in takes a 25% deposit, with the balance settled before check-in.
Can you pick up and drop off my dog?
Yes. Ask for pickup, drop-off, or a mobile groom right in the booking request for any visit. Daycare and boarding can ride our flat-fare shared shuttle (with a PupCam-member discount), or book a private ridepriced by the drive to your door — and grooming can come to you. You'll get a live map and a text when the van is on the way. See Wheels for your pup above for the details.
Can I watch my dog?
Yes — PupCam gives members a daily report card and a highlight reel of your dog's day, with live viewing as cameras come online. See PupCam Membership for the tiers.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancellations are reviewed case-by-case: cancel 7+ days before your visit and a full refund is typically approved; cancel 2–7 days out and a partial refund (around 50%) is common; inside 48hours of your visit, refunds usually aren't available. A person reviews every request — reach out any time.
